Project Rán connects energy supply, offshore and coastal infrastructure, sensors, drone technology, controlcentre logic, security architecture, operational escalation pathways, capital structuring and international partner integration.
Project Rán demonstrates by way of example how a structured project logic is developed from a need of security- and energy-policy significance: needs assessment, technological classification,
partner integration, operational model development, financing, piloting and institutional compatibility. For public actors, Project Rán is therefore not merely an individual project, but an example of how technical capabilities are transferred into concrete security and infrastructure models.
Cooperation with Ukrainian companies and technology partners is also of particular importance. HUB67 develops models to make Ukrainian technological and industrial capabilities visible in an
orderly manner, to create legally structured production and market access models and to integrate suitable project approaches into European, Canadian and British structures.
