Cooperation with HUB67

Project structures for energy supply, defence capability and resilient infrastructure

HUB67 is a point of contact for authorities, institutions, associations and public actors dealing with energy supply, defence capability, critical infrastructure, industrial resilience, technological sovereignty and international cooperation. The current security and energy-policy situation shows that technological capabilities, industrial capacities, access to capital and institutional implementation must be considered more closely together.

Energy generation, maritime infrastructure, defence technology, drone systems, sensors,
communications, production capability, supply chains and the protection of critical infrastructure are no longer separate subject areas. They intersect in concrete projects, operational requirements and strategic dependencies.

HUB67 makes relevant technological developments visible, classifies project approaches, connects companies with capital and industrial partners, prepares viable structures and introduces suitable projects into discussions with public, institutional and commercial actors.

A tangible reference project is Project Rán. The project is already in implementation and deals with security, technology and operator structures for maritime critical infrastructure. Project Rán connects energy supply, offshore and coastal infrastructure, sensors, drone technology, controlcentre logic, security architecture, operational escalation pathways, capital structuring and international partner integration.

Project Rán demonstrates by way of example how a structured project logic is developed from a need of security- and energy-policy significance: needs assessment, technological classification,
partner integration, operational model development, financing, piloting and institutional compatibility. For public actors, Project Rán is therefore not merely an individual project, but an example of how technical capabilities are transferred into concrete security and infrastructure models.

Cooperation with Ukrainian companies and technology partners is also of particular importance. HUB67 develops models to make Ukrainian technological and industrial capabilities visible in an
orderly manner, to create legally structured production and market access models and to integrate suitable project approaches into European, Canadian and British structures.

All cooperation, production, licensing, participation and commercialisation models are subject to compliance with the applicable corporate, export control, sanctions, defence, investment and regulatory frameworks. HUB67 understands international cooperation in security- and defencerelated areas as structured, transparent and legally assessable project development.

Ce58 Mining Industry GmbH in Hamburg and SevenSisters Military Goods Inc. in Toronto are registered as interest representatives in the field of the arms and defence industry in the Lobby Register of the German Bundestag. This involvement creates an additional framework for introducing suitable project developments into discussions with relevant actors in an orderly, transparent and institutionally compatible manner.

HUB67 seeks exchange with authorities, institutions, associations, energy producers, operators of critical infrastructure and public actors interested in resilient energy supply, industrial performance,
defence capability, technological sovereignty and internationally compatible project structures.
